Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts in California to provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and seamless connections to the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will serve clients in-person and virtually, building trusted relationships and guiding ongoing financial solutions within the Intuit suite. Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week; peak demand periods may increase hours.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning guidance.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Understand clients’ complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Build lasting relationships and trust for ongoing client portfolios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
