Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site in a TurboTax location in California, delivering hands-on tax return preparation and expert advice for both individuals and small businesses.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios and maximizing refunds while maintaining a focus on accuracy and customer service. You will also grow the local client base and collaborate with a network of tax professionals to offer a full Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients with personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address ongoing needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic guidance in-person and via video tools.
