Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support at a local TurboTax site. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs and to grow the local client base.

The role emphasizes hands-on service, relationship building, and ongoing training to expand offerings such as bookkeeping and payroll. Onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attny with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• onsite work 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours weekly.
• Willingness to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit Ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
