Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and connect clients with Intuit solutions for year-round support. This role emphasizes community engagement and onsite presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep background.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 1040s with professional software; knowledge of Circular 230.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory work.
• Onsite work availability 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and compliance courses.
• Willing to wear uniforms and represent the brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to broader Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
