Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will deliver full-service tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support while developing local client relationships and contributing to community growth. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with a broader team of specialists to provide end-to-end tax solutions, including personal and business tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney credentials preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willing to upsell additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite with TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners for cross-service opportunities.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual contacts.
