Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving clients in person and virtually with tax expertise, calculations, and software support.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. Your role includes growing the local client base, building long-term relationships, and delivering a seamless customer experience while leveraging

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Training and development may be required and can change over time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients with tax-related challenges.
