Intuit, Inc. is seeking driven individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, give expert advice, and support clients in-person at local TurboTax locations, while also helping grow the local client base and collaborating with a broad Intuit ecosystem of specialists. Role emphasizes building long-term relationships, offering holistic tax advisory beyond filing, and engaging with the community to expand TurboTax’s footprint.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Onsite presence and 20+ hours per week, with standard hours 8am-5pm.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
