Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles in new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. As a trusted guide, you will build lasting relationships with local communities, organize outreach events, and deliver end-to-end service with a focus on exceptional customer experience in person

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency‑based up‑skilling, cross‑training of other products or offerings, and professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations and planning.
• Serve as a primary driver of local growth, identifying prospects through outreach and community partnerships.
• Build relationships and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in both in-person and virtual settings.
