Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, offer expert advice, and coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local client base, host events, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete all training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and participate in branding.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and guide clients to optimal tax outcomes.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve questions.
