Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and provide expert tax guidance at TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless client experience. As a local community ambassador, you will grow the client base, conduct outreach, and participate in local events while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns filing experience (1040) with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Develop trusted relationships and deliver end-to-end client experiences.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve tax questions.
