Job summary

Intuit, Inc. invites motivated individuals to join us as TurboTax - Local Service Experts, working onsite at a local TurboTax location to deliver hands-on tax preparation and personalized guidance for individuals and small businesses.

You’ll collaborate with tax professionals across the Intuit ecosystem, expand the local client base, and leverage our marketing and software resources to build long-term relationships and provide end-to-end support in the community you serve.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
At least 3 years, 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
Onsite TurboTax office, 20 hours/week, 8am–5pm local time.
Must complete all required training and development.
Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/photo use for advertising.
Interest in building local and online presence via events and content.
Bilingual EN/ES a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

Provide Tax Expertise with hands-on advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local customer base.
Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term clients.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
