Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance.

You’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions, growing local client relationships and driving community engagement within TurboTax’s ecosystem. You’ll advise on complex personal and business tax situations, deliver personalized plans, and participate in local events and marketing efforts to expand TurboTax services in your community.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development including compliance and cross-training.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising materials.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence, creating tax tips/educational content.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as a proactive community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for client solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and local partnerships to drive loyalty.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
