Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert guidance in a local TurboTax office. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Role requires onsite presence in the United States, building relationships with clients and growing the local customer base while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support to drive

Formación

• Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time; potential peak-season scaling.
• Willing to complete required training and development; advertising using your name/picture is possible.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond basic tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and trusted guidance.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
