Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, advise clients, and complete tax preparations for personal and small business needs in a community-focused role.

You’ll build a local client base, host financial literacy events, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing. This role offers growth through cross-training in bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services, plus a strong pay-for-performance

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes and a background in tax preparation.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and onsite work is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build a local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Lead local events such as financial literacy workshops and networking sessions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to Intuit solutions and services.
