Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide tax expertise, conduct client consultations, and deliver tax preparation services while representing Intuit in local communities.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 filings per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, min 20 hrs/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms for advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize taxes, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Build local growth by outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Support local brand awareness and marketing initiatives.
