Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while collaborating with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifications

Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 1040s (federal/state).
Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly, 8:00–17:00 hours.
Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
Grow local TurboTax client base through community engagement and outreach.
Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to connect clients to related services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
