Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site roles at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while engaging with the local community to expand the client base.

You work with a team of specialists covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring end-to-end support for clients. The role emphasizes personal connections, trust, and a seamless customer experience with Intuit

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build relationships with clients to foster long-term trust.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
