Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work closely with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end tax solutions while building a strong local presence. This role emphasizes client relationships, community engagement, and applying tax knowledge to complex personal and small-business scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ returns per season is desirable.
• Willing to upskill into broader services (bookkeeping, payroll, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Help grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem and advisory services.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Leverage marketing tools to build a trusted local presence.
