Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver tax preparation, guidance, and planned community outreach at local TurboTax offices. You will help clients maximize refunds and plan future taxes while building a trusted local presence.

You will engage with customers in person, online, and at local events. The role requires onsite availability, strong tax knowledge, and a proactive mindset to grow Intuit’s services in your community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials and strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships as a local TurboTax face.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem and related services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, helpful service.
