• Ability to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax Local Service presence.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain accuracy in tax filings.
