Qualifications

• Must have hands-on tax preparation experience with professional software.
• Active PTIN is required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into related service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location with standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to offer comprehensive services.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person and virtual customer experience.
