Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our local TurboTax team as on-site Local Service Experts, delivering full‑service tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location.

You will collaborate with a network of specialists, grow the local client base, and help customers navigate complex tax situations while providing a superior customer experience. This role emphasizes community engagement and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00 Mon–Fri for at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Willing to use name/picture for advertising; build local presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Maintain strong relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term incumbents.
