Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as on-site Local Service Experts, delivering professional tax preparation and advisory services to customers.

You will work at a TurboTax location, handle personal and business tax scenarios, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years; 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite role, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week, Monday–Friday.
• Complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex personal and business tax situations.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross-team coordination.
• Interact in-person and via video tools; address client inquiries.
