Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help clients maximize refunds while building a local customer base.

You will act as a trusted advisor, expanding services through bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning where appropriate. This role requires on-site presence 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, with training and branding support provided.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Onsite work at TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.
• Training/compliance and ongoing development.
• Uniforms and branding usage.
• Interest in building local/online presence as TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, refunds, and future tax planning.
• Lead local outreach, grow a new customer base through events and partnerships.
• Be the local face of TurboTax and convert prospects into clients.
• Help organize community workshops and networking events.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem and refer clients to related services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
