Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a part-time TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and utilize software tools to guide clients through complex and simple tax scenarios. You will act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base and building long-term relationships while collaborating with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Active credentials in tax preparation (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (≥30 federal/state 1040s per season).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Support clients both in-person and via TurboTax tools and video conferencing.
