Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will work on-site at a TurboTax location, providing full-service tax preparation and advisory support to both in-person and virtual clients.

You’ll collaborate with a network of tax professionals across business lines, helping clients with personal and complex tax needs while growing the local business and leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem for year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships; build long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear, actionable tax guidance in-person and via virtual channels.
