Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax return preparation and personalized guidance.

You’ll connect clients with specialists to ensure a complete financial picture and year-round support. You will be part of a team focused on local growth, community engagement, and delivering an exceptional customer experience using Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location with 20+ hours per week minimum.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and stay customer-centric.
