Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering on-site tax services and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will handle full-service tax preparation, connect clients with a broad Intuit ecosystem, and act as a trusted community ambassador to grow a local client base.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach, referrals, and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience by collaborating with specialists across the tax and advisory spectrum.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional guidance in-person and via Intuit video tools.
