Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while acting as a community ambassador to grow local client relationships. You’ll collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Att. with tax expertise and PTIN active.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax office, Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00, ~20 hrs/wk.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client tax returns, from simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory experts for integrated service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear, empathetic guidance.
• Represent TurboTax locally in marketing efforts and community engagements.
