Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice for personal and small-business clients, in person and virtually, alongside a collaborative team of specialists.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and participate in community events with marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of tax return filing experience with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) as needed.
• Deliver a high-quality end-to-end customer experience in person and virtually.
