RATP Dev is seeking a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in North Charleston, SC, onsite. The role focuses on pro-actively developing recruiting strategies for local and regional needs, partnering with location staff and HR, and managing end-to-end hiring processes.

You will source candidates, coordinate onboarding and background checks, and ensure compliance while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to meet headcount goals.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar.
• Experience with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Hands-on full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement local recruiting and sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with location staff and HR to meet headcount needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and compliance.
• Source candidates through social channels and professional networks.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ATS data; guide candidates through selection.
• Monitor turnover trends and contribute to retention initiatives.
