Job summary

Maymont Homes in Charleston is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee full-cycle recruitment, from posting roles to screening and coordinating offers. You will partner with hiring managers, create job descriptions, and maintain ATS data while driving quality hires across markets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting, proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screens.
• Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Create and maintain accurate job descriptions and interview guides.
