Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Taleo, Avature, JobApp, or Bullhorn.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach.
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide interview guidance and post-interview feedback.
• Attend local networking events to broaden brand exposure.
• Travel weekly for client visits.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS.
