Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldwork (3+ years minimum).
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels and professional networks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and support onboarding processes.
• Partner with corporate HR on onboarding, background checks, and HR projects as needed.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes including resume screening and interviews.
• Maintain candidate pools and engage qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.
