Intuit Inc. is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building long‑term relationships while leveraging Intuit resources for holistic financial solutions. In addition to tax prep, you’ll drive local client growth, host community events, and collaborate with a team of specialists to provide comprehensive support from planning to filing,

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Act as a bridge to Intuit ecosystem, connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via virtual meetings.
