Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients in person and virtually, building trust and delivering a seamless Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll and planning services, and collaborate with specialists to address

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete all required training and development per business needs; uniforms provided; advertising use of name/photo.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual a plus; holistic tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Collaborate with specialists to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services.
• Grow the local client base and participate in community events to drive awareness.
