Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow a local practice at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial professionals, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and building lasting relationships within the community. The role emphasizes in-person and virtual client interactions, holistic tax advisory, and integration with Intuit’s broader services, including bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising with your name.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and referrals to build long-term relationships.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
