Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support software use, while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit experience. You will also play a key role in growing the local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships, building trust and delivering a superior customer experience

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with team to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and clear, personalized tax guidance.
