Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while engaging with clients in person and virtually to deliver a complete financial service experience. You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, build relationships, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and participate in community events and local

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
