Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader services.

You will build local relationships, grow the customer base, and deliver a trusted, end-to-end TurboTax experience in your community. You’ll work closely with a team of specialists to address complex tax scenarios and expand the client network through community outreach and events.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clarity and empathy.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
