Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. On-site role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and client advisory to deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.

You will prepare taxes, advise on deductions, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while building local relationships and growing the customer base.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience with 30+ federal/state returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and via digital tools.
