Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory work at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, building long-term relationships while delivering complete financial guidance alongside a team of specialists.

You will help clients with personal and business taxes, deductions optimization, and future planning, while growing TurboTax’s presence through community outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes per law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end tax solutions with a trusted Intuit experience.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to ensure satisfaction.
