Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations nationwide. You will provide tax expertise, complete preparation services, and serve as a trusted advisor helping clients maximize refunds and plan for the future.

You will act as a community ambassador, grow a local client base, organize events, and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions including bookkeeping and payroll. Onsite role, standard hours.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and drive local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning solutions.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear tax guidance.
