Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-endIntuit services.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and help clients understand their complete financial picture, including possibilities with bookkeeping and payroll services.

Qualifikationen

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum, with seasonal peak.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to build a new client base and drive referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term client relationships through tax engagements and meetings.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional conduct and clear communication.
