Scripps Media, Inc. is seeking a Local Sales Manager in Cincinnati to lead a team of Account Executives and drive growth across broadcast, digital, and OTT platforms.

You will develop and execute creative sales strategies, coach the team, and collaborate with other departments to meet revenue goals while managing budgets and inventory. Strong leadership and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Generally, 7+ years proven success in media sales.
• Experience in agency and direct strategic account management, broadcast inventory and digital/video capabilities required.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of local sales Account Executives.
• Negotiate ratings, rates and budgets.
• Develop new business across station platforms including broadcast, digital and mobile.
• Coach Account Executives regarding SSP and sales strategies.
• Train, develop and motivate the local sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Forecast sales revenue and manage department expenses.
