Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• Generally 8+ years of experience in related field preferred.
• Prior managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DOS and other sales managers to accomplish station objectives.
• Own digital revenue, establishing and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Develop and execute local digital sales strategy and revenue plan.
• Decide profitability of the sales organization and sales proposals.
• Serve as local digital product, process, and sales strategy expert.
• Train and motivate the local sales team to meet revenue goals.
• Foster career growth and pipeline of talent for future openings.
• Use market/advertiser research to develop solutions and materials.
• Establish pacing metrics and forecast results with pipeline reviews.
• Recommend actions to gain market share and inform leadership.
• Ensure successful execution of campaigns.
