Job summary

Scripps is seeking a senior digital sales leader to drive revenue for multiple stations from Cincinnati, OH. You will shape local digital sales strategy, partner with DOS and sales teams, and own the end-to-end revenue plan.

The role requires strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and the ability to train and motivate a high-performing team to hit ambitious revenue targets and grow market share.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent years of experience.
• Generally 8+ years of experience in related field preferred.
• Prior managerial experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DOS and other sales managers and departments to accomplish the objectives of each assigned station.
• Fully own digital revenue and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual digital sales goals.
• Develop and execute local digital sales strategy and revenue plan.
• Make business decisions regarding the profitability of the sales organization and proposals.
• Serve as the local digital product, process, and sales strategy expert.
• Train, develop and motivate the local sales team to achieve revenue goals.
• Foster career growth and develop a pipeline of talent for future sales leadership openings.
• Interpret market and advertiser research to develop solutions and presentations.
• Establish and monitor pacing metrics and conduct pipeline reviews to forecast results.
• Develop, recommend and execute actions to gain market share.
