Job summary

Applied Innovation in Southfield, MI seeks a Managed Print Solutions Sales Consultant to drive new business and strengthen customer relationships. You will partner with Account Managers to expand solutions and lead with MPS and SaaS offerings.

The role is full-time with regional travel, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, based out of the Southfield office. You will stay informed on print and software technologies and present to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong hunter sales mentality with prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing new business.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored technical/workflow solutions.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong time-management skills to manage territory and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Prospect and secure new Managed Print and SaaS opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Conduct on-site assessments of client print environments and recommend solutions.
• Present and sell MPS, software, and print optimization strategies to decision makers.
• Partner with Account Managers to uncover opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for satisfaction and growth.
• Deliver presentations to C-level and senior leadership.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Applied Innovation’s print solutions and SaaS products.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Document activities and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Support Applied Innovation’s values and culture internally and with clients.
