Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Minnesota is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive to lead full-cycle sales, acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships. You’ll use data-driven insights to craft tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.

This role rewards a driven closer with strong presentation and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and a BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

2+ years of sales experience (required).
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI.
Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
