Job summary

Highspring is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify prospective clients, build local relationships and generate qualified opportunities for our managed services. You will work with experienced sellers and subject matter experts to understand client needs, arrange meetings and support new business development.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, local market presence and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in cold calling or outbound sales.
• Local Presence: Must live in the local market served by this role and be able to meet clients in person.
• Local Market Knowledge is preferred.
• Professional network within the local business community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting to identify prospective clients and generate interest in Highspring's services.
• Lead qualification based on set criteria to ensure fit for our solutions.
• Arrange and participate in client meetings, including in-person meetings in the local market.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress and follow-ups.
